La direction a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux syndicats une nouvelle m\u00e9thode de comparaison des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Afin de constituer un nouvel indicateur, la direction propose de baser l\u2019analyse sur les crit\u00e8res suivants :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Notion de niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 (hi\u00e9rarchiques, transverse)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019expertise&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>La technicit\u00e9&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Calcul d\u2019un salaire th\u00e9orique en \u00e9quivalent temps plein \u00e0 une date donn\u00e9e&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Tranches d\u2019\u00e2ges&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La direction travaillera avec les m\u00e9tiers pour \u00e9tablir une grille avec ce nouvel indicateur pour avril 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, la CFE CGC n\u2019avait pas sign\u00e9 le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent accord \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, nous avions jug\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque que la volont\u00e9 d\u2019agir de la direction n\u2019\u00e9tait pas au rendez-vous.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si des \u00e9carts sont constat\u00e9s entre les salari\u00e9s, nous devrons \u00e9changer\/n\u00e9gocier avec la direction pour mettre fin \u00e0 ces \u00e9carts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeudi 26 janvier a eu lieu la seconde r\u00e9union concernant l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e0 Ouest-France.
