Cette derni\u00e8re a\u00a0r\u00e9pondu favorablement en organisant la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union n\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire le\u00a016\u00a0juin dernier.\u00a0L\u2019ensemble des organisations syndicales ont demand\u00e9 une revalorisation des salaires au moins \u00e9gale \u00e0 l\u2019inflation.\u00a0La direction organisera une\u00a0r\u00e9union en septembre pour nous pr\u00e9senter le bilan social.\u00a0N\u00e9anmoins, et \u00e0 la suite de la r\u00e9union, la direction envisage de revenir vers nous pour nous faire des propositions \u00e0 l\u2019automne.<\/p>\n<p>La CFECGC estime que l\u2019inflation en plus du manque d\u2019augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale que nous subissons depuis des ann\u00e9es aggrave la perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La CFECGC souhaite une meilleure r\u00e9partition de la valeur ajout\u00e9e dans toute l\u2019entreprise tous services confondus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les trois syndicats r\u00e9unis en intersyndicale ont sollicit\u00e9 la direction pour obtenir le d\u00e9marrage de la NAO d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.
